Egypt harvests strawberries in winter and spring. Frozen at harvest, they are ready for your order all year.
Varieties
We supply Festival and Fortuna, two varieties known for their colour and sweetness.
Calibre and cuts
Whole berries are calibrated at 25 to 35 mm. We also supply sliced and diced strawberries for yoghurt, jam, bakery and smoothies.
Packs
- Retail 250 g, 400 g and 1 kg
- Foodservice 1 kg and 2.5 kg
- Bulk 10, 20 and 25 kg, totes of 350 and 500 kg
- Carton 8 kg or 20 × 400 g
Storage
Keep at −18 °C. Shelf life up to 18 months. Do not refreeze.
