Questions & answers
The questions importers and customers in Egypt ask us most, with the answer in the first line.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Quantities are flexible and confirmed with each order.
How is the smallest quantity shipped?
Small quantities ship through shared shipping with buyers in the same country, as available. Full containers are planned in tons: a 20 ft reefer takes about 10 t and a 40 ft reefer about 20 t, with the exact details fixed at the final agreement.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Sample terms are agreed with your order.
What are the payment terms?
For export: 50% on order confirmation and 50% before loading, or a confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight. In Egypt: by agreement, cash or deferred.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the order — product, quantity and pack — and is fixed at the agreement, private label included.
Which documents do I receive?
Full export documents are delivered with the shipment: health certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or CMR. Halal and analysis certificates on request.
Who arranges the shipping?
We arrange freight to any port, or your forwarder collects. Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF or EXW, from Alexandria and Damietta ports or by reefer truck.
Can you pack under my brand?
Yes. Your design or ours, with your written artwork approval before processing.
How fast do you send a quotation?
Within 24 hours on WhatsApp, with price, delivery term and lead time.
How should the product be stored?
At −18 °C. Shelf life up to 18 months. Cook from frozen and do not refreeze.
Can I mix products in one container?
Yes. Mixed loads of vegetables are welcome in one reefer, planned with your order.
