Our frozen French fries are cut from selected potatoes, blanched or par-fried and frozen fast, so every stick fries up golden outside and soft inside. Choose straight cuts from 6 to 10 mm, crinkle or steak, wedges or dices, coated or uncoated, skin-on or skin-off.
The ingredients are potatoes and vegetable oil (palm) only — no added salt — so restaurants and ready-meal makers stay in full control of the seasoning. French fries are supplied every month, in retail, foodservice and bulk packs, under Wadi ElNile, Mazraty, Fontana or your own label.

How to cook
Fry straight from frozen in oil preheated to 175 °C for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Storage
